Each candidate will receive an Emergency First Aid handbook and an FAIB
approved certificate valid for three years. An A4 group certificate is
provided for display.
If Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training is also required, this can be provided following the Emergency First Aid at Work course.
The HSE recommends that all First Aiders (FAW and EFAW) undertake 3 hours of refresher training every year

This course is suitable for any company, organisation or group who require an approved level of minimum first aid training.
NUMBER OF CANDIDATES
The maximum recommended number of candidates per course is 12. If you require more than 12 candidates trained at the same time, please contact us to discuss how this can be achieved.
6 contact teaching hours over one day, or the course can be split over a longer period to suit your requirements. (e.g. 9:00am to 4:00pm over one day, or 1:00pm to 4:15pm on two separate days, including refreshment breaks).
