ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Each candidate receives a certificate on completion of the course. An A4 display certificate and a CPR / AED guidebook is provided for the practice.
The AED training can be added to other courses as required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) 4 hour training course
A heart attack leading to cardiac arrest is the biggest single killer in the UK. Early defibrillation is a major factor in determining whether someone survives a cardiac arrest or not. This BLS and AED training course will enable rapid response to this situation.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Any organisation, company or group requiring candidates with BLS and AED skills.
NUMBER OF CANDIDATES
The Resuscitation Council (UK) recommends that an AED training course is held for up to six candidates maximum. If you require more than six trained on the same session, then please contact us to discuss how this can be achieved.
DURATION
4 hours (e.g. 9:00am to 1:15pm including refreshment break).
The Resuscitation Council (UK) recommends candidates re-qualify yearly. This can be completed during a 3 hour refresher course.
